1.1 Conversion of Vocals: VOCS AI provides a platform that allows users to convert their vocals into AI voices using our advanced artificial intelligence technology. The converted AI voices can be used for various purposes such as entertainment, media production, and personal projects.
1.2 Subscription Plans: We offer multiple subscription plans with different tiers, each with varying features and pricing. By subscribing to VOCS AI, you agree to pay the applicable fees associated with the selected subscription plan.
2. Payment
2.1 Fees: You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your VOCS AI subscription. The fees are based on the selected subscription plan and will be clearly indicated during the signup process. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Payment Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, including but not limited to credit card details or other acceptable payment methods. By providing such information, you authorize VOCS AI to charge the designated payment method for the applicable fees.
2.3 Renewal: Subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by you. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

3.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: VOCS AI provides its services “as is” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI voices generated using our services.
3.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOCS AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
4. Unauthorized Use of Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: VOCS AI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its services, including the AI voices generated. You acknowledge that the converted AI voices are the result of VOCS AI’s proprietary technology and constitute VOCS AI’s intellectual property.
4.2 Prohibited Actions: You agree not to claim, re-brand, or re-distribute the AI voices generated using our services as your own work or intellectual property (This does not include original compositions or recordings that you plan to use publicly or commercially using our AI models, which we encourage you to do!) Any unauthorized use of VOCS AI’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your VOCS AI subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided on our website. Termination will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
5.2 Termination by VOCS AI: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription or access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
6. Changes to Terms
VOCS AI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
